1. The solar panel does not charge the battery through the controller during the day.
Controller detection: The red light on the controller means it is charging, the red light flashes means the battery is fully charged, and the controller is charging with a small pulse current.
Solar panel: If the connection of the solar panel is not very firm, it will not be able to charge normally. Usually, there is voltage (tested by voltmeter), and the normal open circuit voltage is above 17.5V; but there is no current. This phenomenon is that the wires of the battery board are not connected well (welding is weak or the joint is not firm). The troubleshooting method can be directly after opening the black electrical cover behind the battery board, and directly use the voltage and ammeter to detect the data. If there is no current detected directly from the aluminum foil of the battery board, it means that there is a problem with the battery board and needs to be replaced.
2. When the controller is connected, because the positive and negative poles are reversed, the components of the controller are burned.
