2. During the process of retracting and unwinding the steel wire rope, on the one hand, check the appearance of the steel wire rope, and on the other hand, pay attention to whether the steel wire rope overlaps, strands, rust, broken strands, and severe stress. Check whether the sliding parts are flexible and reliable.

3. The AC contactor, thermal relay, travel switch, command controller and other control electrical appliances in the control circuit of the high pole lamp should be carefully and carefully inspected before operation, and the electrical components found to be defective should be replaced as soon as possible, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with a disease.

4. The motor, gearbox and other transmission mechanisms fixed at the bottom of the light pole should be covered as much as possible to prevent the coil from being damp and causing insulation damage. Check whether the oil in the gearbox is sufficient and whether the oil is black or has impurities. The movable motor transmission mechanism should be placed in a dry place, and its insulation resistance (not less than 1mω) should be tested with a megger before operation before use.

5. The grounding protection device and lightning protection device of China Flood Light Factory must be inspected routinely before the rainy season every year, and the grounding resistance should be tested. If the grounding resistance value cannot be reached (should be less than 10ω), it should be dealt with in time.

6. The above operation process must be recorded in detail for reference.
