In addition, flood light manufacturers have designed a wide range of strip lights, and individual lamps designed to create more effective soft light for the part of the stage, or to adjust the angle for even lighting on the curved surface.

Floodlights have the characteristics of light, soft and uniform light, and can get other colors of light with color filters. Floodlights for stage lighting are generally designed as a row of lights for large-area lighting. The local effect lighting of the stage adopts individual lamps with adjustable angle. Floodlights must not have light spots and conspicuous light spot edge traces within the scope of stage lighting.

2. Spotlight

The structure of the spotlight is that the light beam emitted from the light source can be concentrated to the front by the reflector, and the light can be freely projected on the local area of ​​the stage through the lens. The light flux and projection angle of the light can be adjusted. The adjustment methods include moving light source type and mobile light source. There are two types of lenses.

The spotlight is the basic lamp of stage lighting, and its light system is mainly composed of concave reflection and condenser. Its characteristics are: the light spot is bright in the middle, the edge is clear, the projection range is narrower than that of the floodlight, and the intensity of the light can be adjusted within the projection range. The adjustment is divided into two types: light source moving type and lens moving type. By adjusting and changing the illumination change of the light projection surface, the local light projection effect can be obtained. Concentrators are generally used in surface light, slap light, side light, column light, top light, and other lighting, and are currently widely used in stage lighting.

According to the shape of the edge formed by the projected light, spotlights can be roughly divided into three types: soft spotlights, plano-convex spotlights and contour spotlights.

(1) Soft spotlight

The spotlight with the soft outline of the light emitted is a lighting fixture with soft light and mood in the spotlight. Because of the common use of Fresnel lens spotlights.

2) Plano-convex lens spotlight

The nature of the light is stronger than the soft light, and although the outline is also clear, it is not a focused light like a contour spotlight. Because it is difficult to express it from the quality of the light, it is generally called a plano-convex spotlight according to its structure. (3) Contour spotlight (modeling spotlight)

The structure of this type of spotlight can make the light around the projection surface strongly focus, and it is an indispensable spotlight for tracking performers. Different from other spotlights, it has two lenses, and is also attached with a light that can change the size of the projected light area and a light-cutting plate that can change the shape of the projected light.
