Especially for bulb-type LEDs, heat is more likely to accumulate in socket parts, causing malfunctions. Even though the LED itself has a long life, if the board part fails, it won't power up and it won't emit light.
There is an interesting phenomenon in the heat dissipation of China LED outdoor luminaires. If the temperature of the heat sink of the LED lamp is not high, it does not mean that the heat dissipation is well controlled, because it may be that the internal heat is not conducted out. If the temperature of the heat sink of the LED lamp is high, it should not be taken lightly, because the internal temperature of the LED lamp may be higher at this time.
Heat dissipation has become a big problem affecting the selection and use of LED lamps. As a solution, it is best to choose LED lamps with heat resistance. Although this will further increase the cost, it can guarantee a long service life and achieve cost sharing. In the long run, the cost will be lower than using ordinary lamps. Or LED lamps without heat resistance.
